Physical activity goal The goal I have in mind is to lose 3% fat in three weeks and get more muscle mass. I will achieve this goal with the help of soccer training and physical exercises that I do at home. I want to make this physical change to be in better physical condition, and see if I am able to achieve my goals. I am convinced that I will achieve them.
