On Wednesday the 26th I went with some friends. We started entering the gym. The first exercise was to do a 15 minute exercise bike. Then I went to the bottom where the strength machines were, grabbed 5 kg dumbbells to warm up my muscles, and gained weight. I did some pull ups and ended up doing the incline bench press. To relax my muscles, I and my friends went to the pool,
